Scenario and Publication Authorization

Please read these terms before activating a plan.

Review before activation

An active scenario is your instruction to HelpUrgent to perform the actions you approve under the conditions you select. Review its recipients, channels, time zone, deadlines, confirmation rules, messages and public audience before authorizing it. A saved draft is not permission to send. We record the approved scenario revision and permission date.

Scope of the instruction

Your authorization covers only the selected scenario actions and the information assigned to each recipient. It does not authorize an AI model to invent conditions or recipients, transfer control of your account, access unrelated messages or make decisions as your lawyer, guardian or executor. A contact role is a coordination label and confers no legal authority.

Public ANTINTWRK statement

Public publication requires its own permission for the statement shown in your review and the chosen linked account. The statement is attributed to your account with an automated HelpUrgent label. The label confirms the origin of the publication; it does not certify that detention, death or another incident occurred. Your statement and displayed incident status must reflect what is actually known. Changing its content or activation conditions requires review and renewed permission.

Disclosure and consequences

Public statements can be read, indexed, copied and redistributed by others. Private messages may also be forwarded by recipients. Include no other person’s private information unless you have an appropriate lawful basis. A public statement can affect you and your family, so use separate wording for uncertainty and confirmed events. Review the full text before authorizing it.

Automatic confirmation after waiting

Recipients receive initial requests to react and have at least 12 hours after the initial notification attempts. You can choose a longer response window. If the required confirmations are absent at the deadline and no conflicting report blocks the case, HelpUrgent automatically confirms the scenario for execution and follows the saved instructions and original authorized public statement. This automatic confirmation is not a factual determination of hospitalization, detention or death. Its source is recorded in the action history and publication status. Initial requests count toward incident message limits. A conflicting report, recipient opt-out, pause or closure still stops the corresponding actions.

Withdrawal and correction

You can withdraw an authorization or pause its scenario before dispatch in the dashboard. This stops future actions covered by that permission, but cannot recall a message already submitted to a provider or remove copies of a statement already published. If a statement is inaccurate, promptly correct its status and inform recipients; deleting it alone may not reach people who saw it. Account deletion cancels pending plan actions.

Gmail sender and alternative sender

Connecting Gmail authorizes the optional sending feature; selecting it in a scenario assigns the connected Google account to that scenario’s approved emails. Review the sender before activation. Reconnecting a different Google account does not transfer the earlier scenario’s sending permission to that account. Selecting Gmail for a scenario also authorizes automatic delivery of its approved messages through HelpUrgent when Gmail is unavailable or a sending attempt fails. This fallback cannot be disabled. The service identifies itself as sender, preserves recipient permissions and records the sender change and sending results in your history. Neither permission guarantees delivery.

Separate permissions

Your permission to share instructions is separate from a recipient’s permission to receive SMS, consent to process sensitive information and permission to submit a request to the AI assistant. Refusal of an optional permission limits the corresponding feature without authorizing a substitute disclosure. Authorizations do not replace formal legal instruments required for medical, estate, financial or legal decisions.
