Keep independent ways to contact your people and obtain help.We periodically check the connected grant and send deduplicated account notices when a known expiry approaches or reconnection is required. An expiry date is shown only when Google provides one; otherwise access can become unavailable without a predictable date. Connection-health notices use the ordinary HelpUrgent email route. If Gmail cannot be used, scenario email can use the operator’s email service only under your separate fallback permission for that scenario. HelpUrgent respects channel refusals and opt-outs even if this prevents part of your plan from running.You can withdraw an authorization or pause its scenario before dispatch in the dashboard. This stops future actions covered by that permission, but cannot recall a message already submitted to a provider or remove copies of a statement already published. If a statement is inaccurate, promptly correct its status and inform recipients; deleting it alone may not reach people who saw it.
